Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received more than 15 working days prior to the start of the event and refund the fee (minus the commission charge as described below).

16-30 working days (inclusive) - 50% commission charge will be charged

More than 30 working days prior to the start of the event - 25% commission charge will be charged

If attendance is not made for any reason later than that time, the booking cannot be cancelled, and the fee cannot be refunded. If an invoice has been issued but payment has not been received, the cancellation policy still applies.
